This 7-week foundational program is an intimate, supportive space to find your footing. It offers a powerful sense of community with other parents walking a similar path—reminding you that you don’t have to carry the weight of these questions alone.

A Guided Roadmap: We move through a journey of understanding the roots of behaviour, weathering emotional storms, identifying your own triggers, and reclaiming the restorative power of play.
90-Minute Weekly Meetups: Each online session is designed for both depth and connection. We will introduce a pivotal parenting shift, engage in facilitated group discussion, and hold dedicated space for reflection and integration.
An Intimate Container: Groups are limited to 8 people to ensure personalized attention and a safe, dedicated space to process your unique family dynamics.
Investment: $350 CAD (Covers an individual or a partnered couple from the same household).
